I have been working on this Star Wars personal project in my spare time over the last few months. Taking reference from a variety of Star Wars media, I wanted to create an environment that showcased a range of different lighting and materials depending on the purpose of each room. I combined reference from classic Star Wars with newer elements such as Rouge One, Andor and Jedi: Fallen Order. This project was a lot of fun for me to create, as the design of Star Wars has always been a favourite of mine.
I learnt a lot about improving my hard surface modelling and texturing techniques, and made big steps forward in my abilities in Unreal 5.
All hard surface modelling and texturing was done by me, the exterior environment assets such as plants and rocks were from the Unreal mega scans library.
